I am searching for an enthusiastic Associate Architect with a passion for creative design and a keen interest in conservation to join a progressive practice in London. The award-winning practice have an outstanding reputation and focus primarily on heritage and conservation projects whilst ensuring all designs are innovative and client led. The large team is spread across a range of offices throughout the UK and a supportive and rewarding office environment is guaranteed.
The successful Associate Architect will have significant post Part 3 experience and will be AABC accredited. You will have worked through all RIBA stages and should have brilliant technical skills alongside creative design flare.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Associate Architect:
- Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
- Must be AABC / RIBA SCA/ CA accredited
- Confident delivering projects through all RIBA stages
- Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and wider team members
- Manage a medium sized team
- Manage the financial success of your projects
- Excellent commercial awareness
- NEC Supervisor qualification is beneficial
- Proficiency in Revit is an advantage
