My client, a media marketing agency, is looking for a Video Editor and Motion Designer to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role with two days in their Central London office.
You'll be working with an exciting portfolio of clients. Your main responsibility will be to produce innovative and creative social content, leveraging your in-depth understanding of TikTok and the broader digital landscape.
Additionally, you'll assist the Design Team with minor design tasks, art-working, and creating multiple versions of existing projects.
About the role:
- Develop creative content ideas with a focus on TikTok, while remaining adaptable to other platforms.
- Capture footage using company-provided equipment.
- Edit content for TikTok using Adobe Premiere, in-app tools, and other trending apps.
- Advise the Client and Content Team on executing trends and staying current with the latest editing styles.
- Act as an in-house expert, guiding clients on current TikTok trends and platform strategies.
- Utilise Adobe software (After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) to enhance content, including subtitling, text animation, and light design tasks.
- Edit and version existing projects created by the Design Team.
- Participate in on-location filming at events worldwide.
- Work closely with Account Directors, Head of Content, Creative Director, and the broader Client and Content Team to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to brief.
- Stay informed on internet culture and trends to continuously innovate the company's business approach.
About you:
- You are personable, and have an understanding of client needs
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing apps like CapCut
- Understanding of graphic design from initial concepts to working on existing projects.
- Understanding of creating video, motion, and static content for paid and organic media.
