In order to support the growth of the business, my client is looking for an experienced Project Manager.
You will be responsible for taking complete ownership of the projects from start to finish.
Duties
- Responsible for HVAC Projects
- Quotations for small to medium projects
- Responsible for the profit and loss of the project
- Track and forecast all labour, project management hours and expenditure
- Negotiate all labour and material orders in line with and ahead of expected margins
Skills
- Minimum of 5 year's experience, in successfully delivering a broad scope of HVAC projects
- Experience in all aspects of Project Management and the delivery of HVAC projects of up to £2.5m
- Ability to accurately estimate HVAC work
- Advanced organisational and time management skills
