About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Dagenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ambitious NQT to make a significant impact on students' educational journeys. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and inspiring a love of learning in young students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, teamwork, and a love of learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and well-being.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting (experience with Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 is desirable).
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.
