Responsibilities:

Our client, a reputable organisation in the banking industry, is seeking a Project/Programme Manager (Lead Integrator) to join their team. As the Lead Integrator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating dependencies between the platform and various stakeholders, both internal and external. You will be responsible for managing complex implementations and ensuring successful integration between multiple parties.

What you'll be doing:

  • Establishing crucial integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicating them to relevant partners.
  • Collaborating with Lab Leadership to develop the sequence of integration-related tasks aligned with the Lab backlog.
  • Cataloguing and managing dependencies between the platform and other teams.
  • Ensuring interlock is achieved within the required timeframes by working collaboratively with colleagues outside of the platform.
  • Identifying and mitigating blockers to delivery, involving product owner(s)/platform leadership where necessary.
  • Providing oversight of 3rd party suppliers and coordinating deliveries.
  • Managing and coordinating high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties to ensure safe delivery.
  • Leading the integration process and implementation events across shared infrastructure.
  • Providing expertise for governance activities owned by the Product Owner.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in applying agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira & Confluence) to optimise innovation development and delivery.
  • Significant experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and analysts, to deliver change.
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and challenge senior leaders when necessary.
  • Strong curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and skill development.
  • Ability to inspire and energise teams through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Technical competence with the ability to translate complex technical problems into simple language.
