Financial Administrator to Paraplanner - St Albans - £25K - £35K - Full study to level 4 Diploma

My client is an independent financial advisory company that has established a solid reputation for offering clients in St Albans (Hertfordshire) the best guidance possible on pensions, investments, retirement planning, tax planning, IHT, trusts, mortgages, and certain protections. The company employs ten people in total, including three Advisers, and works with about 200 retirees, City workers, families, and professional athletes whose assets range from several million pounds to £100k. This will be the best career move for you if you're hoping to join an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking company because of its very ambitious plans to grow organically. They don't want to be bought out by a PE firm or national consolidator.

A new position of Financial Administrator in the company is being created by the managing director for someone who has at least six to twelve months of experience. They are willing to hire a more junior candidate or an experienced person with extensive knowledge of end-to-end financial administration within wealth planning firms. You will be supporting three seasoned Advisors with years of experience in the field, and your work will be two or three days a week in the office in St Albans and Watford . Ideally, you will be familiar with a variety of platforms, including Prudential, Royal London, Aviva, and Fidelity.

My client is very transparent about the career path that is available to a candidate, including the option to become a paraplanner if that is what they would desire. There's a great opportunity to work in a safe, fulfilling role with great perks and bonus system. The salary for this Financial Administration role is £25,000 to £35,000, depending on your degree of experience. They would prefer someone to start out working from an office, but you are free to work from home a few days a week after that.
