The role of an Arboriculturist involves:
- Liaising with other environmental consultants in various sectors while advising on tree protection and mitigation on building sites.
- Undertaking BS5837 tree surveys
- Producing arboriculture impact assessments, hedgerow surveys and coordinating TPO applications.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 3 Arboriculture qualification.
- Experience delivering arboriculture reports including AIA's is beneficial.
- An understanding of undertaking tree surveys in accordance with BS 5837.
