This organisation is a forward thinking agricultural company who utilise technology to strengthen connections between science, business and financiers to accelerate research and development taking on the industry's most crucial challenges such as climate change, labour availability, disease mitigation and environmental sustainability.

The Job

You will provide office management, as well as virtual office management for several of the smaller offices across the UK. As the Office Manager, you will work closely with the wider team, providing administrative assistance. You will be involved in maintaining a well-organised and efficient office environment, coordinating office supplies, equipment and facilities maintenance and managing office schedules, appointments and conference room bookings. Moreover, you will arrange hospitality for visitors, prepare the office for external meetings and deliver a welcoming and professional reception for visitors and colleagues.

About You

You will be a strong administrator with a minimum of 3 years' experience in senior administrative positions. You'll have experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel and be comfortable providing high level administrative support. You'll work well to your own initiative as well as part of a team and you will thrive working towards company wide strategic plans.

The Benefits

In return you will receive a salary of up to £28,000 per annum depending on your experience and have access to a wide range of benefits, generous annual leave and pension scheme. This role is office based Monday to Friday.
