Regional New Homes Director

Job Description

Your role as Regional Sales Director is essential within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the 'face' of Land and New Homes within your region's New Homes Development sites and throughout the Estate Agencies. You'll enjoy a role delivering maximum value for your developers whilst winning new projects and developments. To ensure our clients value contribution continues to exceed industry standards, you will play a significant part in your identifying and brokering prospective residential development sites throughout Lincolnshire. You will enjoy the responsibility of the running the performance of one the UK's most innovative Land and New Homes agencies, providing a specialist management and business generation service. This role is ideal to continue your Regional Director career, being responsible for the individual performance of a variety of area operations, 'stand alone' profitability, cost control, return on investment (both financially and in terms of man hours) and debt management. You will also be charged with the compliance and system performance, both internal and external, and involved in the development of the same to streamline business activities and maximise results. Qualifications - the "fit"

This role is ideal if you have are a current Regional Sales Director, or training towards, within the Land and New Homes division. As the Regional Sales Director, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with your clients. You will be the ideal candidate if you will have a real passion for your work and demonstrate to us how you would embed this passion within your new role. You will also be both results orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility.
