We are currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant for a fantastic company in Coventry.
This role will be fully office based and working 37.5 hours per week
As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Supporting other departments to ensure smooth running of the business
- Maintaining accuracy of filing systems and keeping them well organised
- Answering queries from customers on the phone and in writing
- Sending documentation to customers
- Maintaining relationships with customers and other areas of the business
Ideally you will have/be:
- A resilient nature with a positive outlook
- Experience of working to KPI's
- Highly organised and methodical
- Experience in administration
- Experience in sales is desirable but not essential
- Good Microsoft Office skills
