We have a great opportunity for a proactive and methodical EA to join a well-established business in Swindon. They are looking for someone with good organisational, and client service skills to assist their advisers.
Key Duties:
- Concise and detailed note taking, along with drafting meeting review letters.
- Regular and live time updates of the CRM system.
- Accompany adviser to all external client meetings.
- Assist and manage queries which arise that are of a technical nature, liaising with the adviser where appropriate, to deliver consistent and detailed responses.
- Ensure client satisfaction is kept to a high standard.
- Ensure all client prospect cases are monitored and updated where necessary.
- Proactively monitor your own and adviser diaries to promote effectiveness.
- Ensure assigned tasks on CRM system are up to date, accurate and completed within the timescales provided.
- Ensure client emails & phone calls are responded to within 24 – 48 hours.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Remain calm and friendly in conflicting situations.
- Understand the importance of client confidentiality.
- Highly organised - maintaining client records, technical and compliance requirements.
- Show willingness to expand and increase knowledge in all areas of financial services
- Experienced in maintaining systems, processes, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
- Ability to network and quickly establish trusted client relationships.
- Research, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional client servicing skills.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills.
