Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00

We have a great opportunity for a proactive and methodical EA to join a well-established business in Swindon. They are looking for someone with good organisational, and client service skills to assist their advisers.

Key Duties:

  • Concise and detailed note taking, along with drafting meeting review letters.
  • Regular and live time updates of the CRM system.
  • Accompany adviser to all external client meetings.
  • Assist and manage queries which arise that are of a technical nature, liaising with the adviser where appropriate, to deliver consistent and detailed responses.
  • Ensure client satisfaction is kept to a high standard.
  • Ensure all client prospect cases are monitored and updated where necessary.
  • Proactively monitor your own and adviser diaries to promote effectiveness.
  • Ensure assigned tasks on CRM system are up to date, accurate and completed within the timescales provided.
  • Ensure client emails & phone calls are responded to within 24 – 48 hours.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Remain calm and friendly in conflicting situations.
  • Understand the importance of client confidentiality.
  • Highly organised - maintaining client records, technical and compliance requirements.
  • Show willingness to expand and increase knowledge in all areas of financial services
  • Experienced in maintaining systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
  • Ability to network and quickly establish trusted client relationships.
  • Research, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional client servicing skills.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills.
