Our client is a premium based environmental service company based in Gomshall. They sell solutions that work to established consumers and businesses looking for a detailed, thorough and effective service done by professional loyal and excellent service technicians. They are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join their rapidly growing team.

Duties:

  • To provide a seamless link between sales and operations.
  • To efficiently manage all sales administration and some office administration.
  • To manage all contract business from scheduling to invoicing and chasing payments
  • After service follow-up with clients to ensure customer is satisfied in order for jobs to be marked complete, to then deliver guarantees, and request reviews.

  • Confident with an outgoing personality
  • Extremely organised with the ability to manage your time effectively
  • Someone who takes ownership of tasks and the role
  • Resilient and flexible
  • Previous administration and customer services experience
  • Confident in the use of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Experience with an invoicing system
  • Lives within a 10 mile radius of Gomshall
