Job Title: Credit Controller
Location: West Bromwich

Our client, is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team. This role offers excellent growth opportunities within a supportive environment. With a competitive salary between £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience also offering hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and reduce aged debt through timely collections.
- Maintain strong client relationships to resolve payment issues.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits.
- Provide regular reports on debts and cash flow.
- Improve credit control processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and financial software (e.g., Sage, SAP).
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
