Description
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations.
- Coordinate appointments and procedures, ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Implement department policies and procedures in alignment with healthcare regulations.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Manage patient records and confidentiality in accordance with regulations.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Profile
A successful Clinical Practice Coordinator should have:
- A degree in dental nursing, management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a Dental setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A patient-focused approach and commitment to quality care.
