We are currently seeking a Clinical Practice Coordinator to manage the administrative and clinical operations of our Dental practise. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and it will be necessary to have prior experience working in the dental industry.

Description

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations.
  • Coordinate appointments and procedures, ensuring efficient patient flow.
  • Implement department policies and procedures in alignment with healthcare regulations.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Manage patient records and confidentiality in accordance with regulations.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Profile

A successful Clinical Practice Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in dental nursing, management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a Dental setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A patient-focused approach and commitment to quality care.
