Working within our Belonging & Supporting department as a Routes Executive where you will be part of a smaller team within a larger area, based in Milton Keynes. This team play a pivotal role is supporting between many functions.

Role Profile

To maintain our reputation for excellence by providing a first-class service to registrants, applicants and users, ensuring a robust and efficient process for those looking to join membership via various routes

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver a consistent first-class enquiry service for students, firms and applicants for membership and other ICAEW qualifications and licences, responding to high volume applications and enquiries through multiple platforms to team/ department targets and goals and to department standards.
  • Use D365 and other appropriate systems to accurately record enquiries to department standards
  • Ensure that all applications and licences are appropriately vetted to prevent the progression of fraudulent application
  • Support campaigns in line with meeting managed member growth targets, making outbound calls when appropriate
  • Administration and data cleansing tasks to support the progression of applications and status verification,

Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to prioritise and deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills, including Word and Excel, and in maintaining a complex database
  • Experience in using integrated telephone and computer systems including D365 and other role-specific applications
