THE ROLE:
As an In House Dispute Resolution Solicitor in this nationally recognised company, your responsibilities will include:
- Working in a close-knit team on a range of construction and procurement disputes including cladding and fire related issues, contract rectification and payment disputes.
- Disputes around final accounts, defective works, contractor administration and professional negligence
- Providing more general wider litigation support on civil litigation matters such as consumer claims and code applications
- Resolving disputes through various means including mediation, arbitration, adjudication and court
- Managing and developing key stakeholder relationships, providing training to key stakeholders on litigation mitigation issues
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal hire would be an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor from around 2+ years' PQE and will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, and adaptability.
- Be a genuine 'team player', and to be comfortable in a fast moving and dynamic business
- You will probably be working at a recognised commercial law firm or in house legal department and want to move to an organisation which strongly recognises the need for continuing professional development
