My client, a Housing Association, based in the Leicestershire is looking for a Senior Asset Data Officer to join their expanding team for an initial 7 month long contract.
About the role
My client is looking for someone to help support the implementation of the MIS ActiveH Housing and Asset Management system. You will also lead on the new stick condition survey an data improvement activities. Working closely with the Surveyors in the team, you will help design and create new forms including for stock condition and HHSRS.
The role will be for an initial 7 months with the possibility of going permanent. They will consider both Fixed Term or day rate candidates.
For a Senior Asset Data Officer they will be looking to offer around £27,000 over the 7 months or part time, 2-3 days a week on £200-£250 a day. The role will be primarily based from home but will require you to head into the office in Leicester on occasion.
About you
The Housing Association are looking for someone with experience with data migration and experience of using ActiveH. They will consider someone looking for a step up in their career and are willing to provide development training.
