Dove & Hawk are working alongside a market-leading Essex-based estate agency to find an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential properties located across the Essex region. This role is ideal for those who are proactive and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Essex.
- Handle property maintenance requests and issues promptly.
- Oversee renewals and ensure timely management of leases.
- Organize and ensure the completion of safety certificates.
- Manage deposit deductions and coordinate with tenants and landlords.
- Provide regular and clear communication with clients, maintaining high levels of service.
- Work closely with the team to achieve targets and ensure a smooth operation of the portfolio.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in property management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Budget: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Required Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
