About the Role
This is a broad generalist role offering the full generalist remit, partnering with a mix of fee earning and business services groups. Duties include:
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
- Working on employee relations matters
- Advising on policies and procedures
- Driving forward the firm's people agenda P

- Managing the reward and bonus review process

Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a generalist HR role at Manager/Business Partner level within a law firm and preferably be CIPD qualified. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and build positive relationships is essential.
