- Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls, delivering accurate information, updates, and guidance.
- Build and foster relationships, demonstrating dedication to customer needs.
About You:
- Experienced in Marine or Cargo claims
- An effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to learn, develop new skills, and build a career.
- Keen awareness of FCA procedures and the TCF initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn Claims Software systems.
