Licenced Conveyancer, Port Talbot
TSR Legal are working with a prestigious firm seeking a Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a diverse portfolio of Residential and/or Commercial Conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will be adept at navigating the intricacies of fee-earning work, contributing to the profitability of the department. Compliance with CLC and SRA regulations will be second nature, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained.
Collaboration is key; hence, the ability to foster and maintain robust working relationships with clients, colleagues, and introducers is essential. Leadership skills will also be called upon to supervise secretarial and support staff, ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
In terms of support, expect to work alongside a team of accomplished fee earners, sharing knowledge and managing caseloads to deliver outstanding results.
The firm is looking for an individual who thrives under pressure, can prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality. A self-starter, your initiative and decision-making capabilities will be as strong as your teamwork skills.
Communication prowess, both orally and in writing, is a must, as is a meticulous eye for detail. Your IT proficiency, particularly with Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems, will be exceptional.
Candidates must present a professional image, in keeping with the firm's esteemed reputation, and possess at least 1 year's PQE with a comprehensive background in residential conveyancing. Experience in commercial conveyancing, while desirable, is not essential.
