Our Channels & Delivery team are responsible for the execution of all campaigns across every marketing channel and customer touchpoint, ensuring that the campaign message reaches our customers in the most effective way. Each Channel team are responsible for channel planning, creative delivery and ongoing performance optimisation, working closely with the Brands & Campaigns team who support the whole team in ensuring strategic and creative integrity of our brand and our campaigns.

Your New Role

  • As a Marketing Administrator in the Broadcast channels, you'll support the end-to-end delivery of channels including AV, Print, Audio and OOH. You'll be a great multitasker, used to working in a high-pressure environment and be able to deliver to a high standard.
  • Support the Broadcast Manager and Assistants with key administrative tasks that enable the delivery and successful performance of these core channels
  • Collate and present channel updates in an interesting and engaging manner
  • Delivery of day-to-day activities associated with the development of AV, Print, Audio and OOH
  • Maintain an accurate flow of information in and out of the team
  • Support the team with managing projects
  • Ad hoc reporting, price checks and other tasks related to the accuracy of our Broadcast channels

About You

  • Have experience within a marketing role (client or agency side)
  • Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a confident user of MS Office suite including excel
  • Possess excellent time management and organization skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be inquisitive and driven to perform to the best of their abilities
  • Have the ability to proactively work towards strict deadlines through multitasking and resilience
  • Experience working in marketing, either for a marketing agency or in-house
  • A sound understanding of Broadcast channels
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Good project management skills
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong multitasker, used to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and part of a wider team
  • Presentation and reporting skill
  • Experience working with agencies
  • Experience in Adobe Workfront
