Charli.com is a growing womenswear brand based in North London (Bounds Green, N11) a short walk from the London Underground station. Founded in 2008, focusing on knitwear and soft separates. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team with a great eye for content creation with a keen interest in fashion and consumer trends
The main function of this role is to support the delivery of our online marketing strategy. There is a focus on creation of digital assets and working towards continuous improvement of the presentation of the brand on all digital channels.
The role involves
- Ideation, strategy, planning and execution of digital marketing strategies. Using available data to make key recommendations in defining and shaping the end to end marketing strategy
- Assisting in day to day website management, including optimisation user experience.
- Working alongside the commercial director to ensure that trends in customer behaviours are identified and all communication is optimised
- Working closely with management and wider team to deliver acquisition and retention KPIs to scale sales
- Engaging with third party agencies and contractors to assess performance and deliverables
- Daily engagement with audience accross all platforms
- Driving aquisition of new newsletter sign ups. Working with Klaviyo on CRM functions and reporting
- Using analytic tools to track and measure digital marketing performance, deriving insights and making data driven decisions.
The ideal candiate will have
- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role at an agency or for a brand.
- Experience with working across teams, especially between creative and performance teams
- Strong analytical skills: ability to find data and reporting on it
- Experience with marketing automation (eg Klaviyo) is preferred
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong attention to detail. You will have a strong understanding of brand communications and wider media culture to back up your recommendations and decisions
- A candidate with a keen interest in fashion or design is preferred as well as a strong visual sense and familiarity with Canva (alternativley InDesign or Photoshop)
