What you'll do:

  • As a Actuarial workstream leader in delivery of the actuarial aspects of the IFRS17 and SII requirements, including update and running of standards, procedures and tools.
  • Work with planning to improve and lead delivery of actuarial IFRS17 support for Plan and Forecast.
  • Development of communication and training for Actuarial reserving teams and key stakeholders on IFRS 17 requirements & solutions and on project progress & deliverables.
  • Lead regular production of IFRS17 reserves, KPIs and regular reports, liaising with Finance, AXA Group, Capital Modelling and other stakeholders to ensure Actuarial requirements are met.
  • Independently lead stakeholder engagement incl. peers with in Finance, Auditors, Group etc. Key project timescales for completion of finance reporting to be met

What you bring:

  • The ideal candidate for this Actuarial Reporting Manager position brings a wealth of experience from previous roles within the General or Life insurance P&C industry.
  • Strong technical experience in one or more of Actuarial reserving, capital modelling and reinsurance.
  • Experience in IFRS17 and SII is a key requirement . Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to connect effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
  • Your commitment to delivering high-quality results, coupled with your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, will ensure your success in this role.
  • Furthermore, your strong leadership skills will be evident as you guide and support junior team members.
