Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality work
- Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert audit solutions
- Prepare audit reports and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies to address identified risks
- Ensure audits are completed on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to provide top-notch service
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years audit experience
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior staff
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
