Residential Conveyancing Secretary / Paralegal
Location – Buckingham
Salary - £24,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
We're working with a legal firm who are looking for an experienced secretary / paralegal for their Residential Conveyancing team. They pride themselves on their values not only to their employee's, but their client database. Delivering tailored solutions for their client requirements is what they do best.
About the role:
- Using Land Registry system for official copies of leases and title plans.
- Preparing and submitting bills, receipts and payments.
- Dealing with queries raised by clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents.
- Administration support.
- Carrying out searches online.
- Generating Stamp Duty calculations and submitting applications
What we're looking for:
- Must have experience in Residential Conveyancing. (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service skills.
- Organisational and time management skills.
