As a Sales Consultant at Frank & Partners, your main role will be to find and source new clients for the business in the Healthcare Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Consultant:
- Finding new clients in the Health and Social Care sector who need temp or perm staff
- Working with your own database to track leads and interest
- Client visits and meetings
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, ideally healthcare
- Exceptional people management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Results-driven with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Cold calling experience

- Basic salary £28-30,000. OTE up to £50,000 per annum.
