THE ROLE
As the Trainee Controller you will be reporting to the Stores Manager and be responsible for ensuring orders are picked, packed and prepared for delivery. You will be using the in-house system to input and extract information and be talking to other departments such as Sales and Technical. As the Trainee Controller you will be constantly making your way around the warehouse, finding specific goods, checking stock and dealing with queries from clients and other departments.
You will be working within a small and hard working team, ensuring goods are dispatched accurately and the warehouse is kept clean and tidy. You will also be taking in deliveries from drivers and ensuring everything is put in its correct place.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate may be a Trainne or with some work experience. You will enjoy being organised, working as part of a busy team and working to deadlines. A hard-working outlook and willingness to learn is essential though!
As the Trainee Controller you will also be using the company vehicle for deliveries so a full driving licence is needed.
