Job Opportunity: Senior Fire and Security Service Engineer:
Location: North, West, and Southwest London
Salary: Up to £50k basic salary plus attractive perks
Our esteemed client, a trusted leader in the CCTV, Fire, and Security industry based in northern Middlesex, is seeking a Senior Fire and Security Engineer to join their maintenance and service department. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and carrying out small works on multi-dwelling units under contract, primarily located in North, West, and Southwest London.
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Fire and Security Engineer:
- Conduct maintenance and small works on multi-dwelling units as per contractual agreements.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of CCTV, Fire, and Security systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the back office and dedicated account manager to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements of a Senior Fire and Security Engineer:
- Proficiency in servicing fire systems, access control, door entry, CCTV, and intruder alarms. Installation experience is also preferred.
- Experience in customer-facing roles and selling consumables is highly desirable.
- Ability to be on call for a week as per the rotation schedule.
- Accreditation in training from Tavcom or any other manufacturers would be advantageous.
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility for callouts.
- Adaptability to changes in schedules and tasks.
Perks and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.
- On-call package of £250.00 per week before tax.
- Half of the call-out fee for attended callouts.
- Overtime pay for work conducted outside standard hours.
- Commission of 10% on consumables sold.

- Supported by a dedicated back office team and account manager.
