Learning Support Operations Manager

This is a full time role, working 37 hours per week.

Day to day duties of the role

  • To develop effective and professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To effectively lead, manage and develop a Learning Support team of to meet the needs of learners and stakeholders through personalisation.
  • To lead, motivate and develop a team of staff and support their career journeys while championing a cycle of continuous improvement.
  • To work collaboratively with cross college areas to ensure processes and procedures are fit for purpose, ensure effective audit evidence and deliver value for money.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Degree level qualified and full teaching qualification
  • Professional qualification in SEND and/or Inclusive Practice
  • A strong understanding of funding and auditing processes
  • Knowledge and experience of curriculum design and effective learning support models of best practice
