Responsibilities as Commercial Estimator include:
- Prepare cost budgets and estimates
- Maintain existing contracts and client communications
- Prepare client proposals
- Maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Prepare and submit financial documentation
What you need to bring:
- Proven experience in estimating within the hospitality, Kitchen and bar design and out fit sector
- Experience in selling
- Have a strong understanding of the estimating process
- Possess exceptional negotiation skills
