Location: Somerset - Hybrid
Day Rate: £700pd - £800pd
Duration: 3 Months initially but could extend to 1 year
Excellent opportunity working for one of the UK's fastest growing retail and e-commerce business's. Reporting to the Director of Customer, you will have accountability for developing, designing, and transforming our overall business strategy for Personalisation and CRM Programmes. Key Responsibilities:
- Define what loyalty and personalisation looks like, and how this fits together across current propositions.
- Develop the overall CRM strategy to improve long term value with all customers.
- Devise and deliver incremental sales plan for all activity and lead measurement of all investment.
- Manage the analytics, targeting and evaluation, supporting the delivery of best in class campaigns.
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Excellent experience in senior CRM Leadership roles preferably within retail or FMCG
- Proven ability to lead teams through transformation / change
- The ability to communicate and distil often complex customer narratives
- Good understanding of all tech players in the CRM world, braze experience would be ideal
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong / High level of commercial acumen
