My client, a well-established business based in Rochester, are looking for an experienced, organised and polished EA

You will be providing professional administrative, organisational and secretarial assistance to the CEO and Managing Director

Duties Include:

  • Handle both professional and personal scheduling for the Chairman and Managing Director, including organising agendas, managing correspondence (mail, email, phone calls), coordinating with clients, and overseeing company-related logistics.
  • Coordinate complex calendar management and scheduling, while ensuring smooth communication and flow of information to team members.
  • Event organisation for senior team members and Directors to include attendance at events as and when necessary
  • Organise travel arrangements and related activities, such as booking accommodations, arranging transportation, meals, and handling associated expense reports.
  • Co-ordinate and prepare board packs for Board meetings and other ad hoc meetings ensuring they are well presented and circulated to agreed deadlines
  • Ad-hoc personal errands for the Chairman/Managing Director

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to organise own time and prioritise workload often within tight timescales whilst still maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Excellent I.T. skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information and discretion to maintain confidentiality.
  • Problem solving skills
  • A ‘can do' attitude and acts as a role model to staff
  • Previous experience within the FMCG industry (Desirable)
