The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you would play a key role in the smooth running of the office with your responsibilities straddling office administration, customer accounts, HR and Payroll. Key tasks will include...

  • Sage HR including setting up new employees, imputing qualifications & training & all HR updates
  • Overseeing HR, holiday & absence control, staff welfare SSP/SMP/SPP/CSA/Salary Sacrifice
  • Managing payroll; completing weekly and monthly payroll, staff purchase accounts, commission and private mileage
  • Finance tasks; card processing and reconciliation, setting up new customer/supplier, credit control, purchase ledger
  • Monitoring and maintaining email accounts
