Randstad are currently working in collaboration with a property business in Borehamwood. This busy, successful and reputable business are seeking a focused, organised and autonomous Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis to support the smooth running of a busy department.
Key responsibilities of the Administrator includes:
- Open post received in the office.
- Process incoming post and cheques.
- Input and update details of customers accurately on our system.
- Responding to all emails in the Registration inbox.
- Deal with any website queries relating to a customers account.
- Dealing with telephone queries received from a variety of stakeholders.
- Ensure all files that require follow up are diarised for action this is to include requesting payment, responses from clients etc.
- Sending necessary correspondence.
- Deal with disputes
- Review files that require further action.
- Working within a Team ensuring workloads, targets, objectives set by the Assistant Managers are met.
- Any other work as assigned by the manager.
