Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per annum + Time and Half Paid Overtime
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7pm - 7am (Night Shifts)

We're working with a leading food manufacturing business that prides itself on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a hands-on and people-focused Production Team Leader to join their fast-paced operation at their site.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of daily production performance, while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your production team to deliver on output, quality, and safety targets
- Conduct monthly 1:1 performance reviews with team members to support growth, development, and engagement
- Ensure the team works to the highest food safety and health & safety standards
- Drive daily operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics
- Monitor team productivity and address training or development needs
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support smooth operations and shift handovers
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory/team leader role within FMCG or food production
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, can-do mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, chilled production environment
- A natural problem-solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A collaborative leader who brings out the best in others
