Description:

The mission of the Health Economics Support in the Vaccines Value Evidence team is a global role supporting the team members for specific tasks as well as potentially leading the implementation of targeted projects and studies. This mission also includes supporting strategic priorities of the team including active support during value evidence-related external engagements such as interactions with NITAGs, public health institutions, other health authorities or external experts.

The mission for this contingent worker (CW) would include evidence generation, study management and publication related support as well as strategic and external engagement support

In addition, there are specific Excel/R models (eg. dynamic transmission models) for which country adaptations need to be formulated, as well as providing proposal how to conduct further evidence generation, in alignment with global and regional matrix team stakeholders. The modelling exercise might result in further publication activities where the CW would support.

The mission potentially includes tasks to support the ongoing process or initiate targeted input data searches based on literature reviews (systematic and targeted), support in study protocol formulation for costing studies, outline real-world database study analyses report, contribute to patient reported outcome study project management or support in shorter tasks such as manuscript analyses and specific slide deck formulation for country support materials (such as value dossiers, slide decks, webinars) and organization of potential webinars, trainings accordingly on specific topics. In addition, as required by the team priorities, strategic support and support in preparation to and during external interactions (e.g., with NITAGs, public health institutions, other health authorities or external experts) are expected.

The mission is targeted for senior Health Economists (more than 5 years experience), experience in evidence generation and confidence with programming in R/Matlab as a plus.
