We are currently looking for ongoing temp Customer Service agents to join a Finance company in Westminster. This is a hybrid role which is initially paying £14 hour and then going up to £16 hour after 6 months. A year of customer service and experience and an interest in finance is important.
The role
- Communications with clients via our phone system
- Range of technical Foreign Exchange tasks such as calculating rates and spreads and booking trades for clients
- Adding client's personal information to the system
- Calling out to clients to obtain KYC
- Running documents through verification checks
