Hours: 08:15 to 17:15 (with a one-hour lunch break)
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Headteacher at our esteemed school in Barnet. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Headteacher's office and involves a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all tasks.
- Organise and prioritise workload efficiently.
- Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide exceptional customer service with discretion, patience, tact, and respect for confidentiality.
- Utilise Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet skills proficiently.
- Develop positive professional relationships with colleagues and the wider school community.
- Maintain a sound working knowledge of iSAMS.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.
- Experience with iSAMS is highly desirable.
