Head of Marketing- Fixed Term Contract - London/ hybrid
A fantastic opportunity to join a luxury tour operator group, specialising in tailormade and bespoke ski and cycling holidays. They are seeking an experienced Marketing manager to join their team on a 14-month fixed term contract.
Head of Marketing Responsibilities:
- Creating and developing the yearly marketing plan
- Managing a team of 5, across 2 brands
- Working closely with the marketing director and digital marketing manager to implement strategies to increase website traffic
- Liaising with heads of departments across the business
- Implementing and overseeing all customer journey automations, to ensure they are inline with the business's objective
- Management of the marketing budget and monitor all marketing activities
Head of Marketing Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong experience as a Marketing manager for a tour operator or within the travel industry
- Experience in working in a B2C marketing role
- Management experience, leading a small team
- Ability to manage multiple brands
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong knowledge or experience in ski holidays
- Dynamic and able to work in face paced environment
- Target driven, focused and motivated
