Position: Saas Sales Development Representative
Salary: £37,500 - Up to £49,000 OTE / Uncapped Comms
Location: Stroud (Gloucs) / Hybrid working

Your Responsibilities:
- Research, identify and influence potential prospects, generate new business opportunities for the company.
- Online network - build awareness and influence via outbound social media, phone and email.
- Contact and qualify inbound prospects.
- Set appointments and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets including account mapping and ABM.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
- Be creative, develop your skills and share best practice.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3-5 years+) in sales.
- 2+ years' experience of outbound SaaS SDR in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is essential; LinkedIn, SalesLoft exposure is desirable.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
- Engaging, expert storytelling, inspiring.
- Ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Analytical and attentive.
- Highly driven, competitive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- A desire to learn and grow with the organisation.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience desirable.
- Understanding of protech, fintech markets is desirable but not essential.
