Our dynamic and innovative client based in Basingstoke is looking for a Bid Administrator to track and oversee bids along the entire tender process. You'll be taking responsibility for all administration related to the tender and bidding process.

No previous experience in Bid Management required as full training will be provided. You'll be highly attentive to detail and will bring enthusiasm and a hunger to learn and develop. Utilising your communication skills, focus and sense of responsibility, you'll thrive in this highly exciting role.

As the Bid Administrator, you will enjoy the following:

  • A salary of 26k plus a 2% bonus
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30
  • Hybrid working arrangement of attending the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

As the Bid Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking and coordinating bids and tenders as they're released across multiple systems and log them in the internal CRM
  • Working with the Sales Team in the bid and tender process, providing administrative support at all stages
  • Overseeing all bids to ensure they have been actioned and logged correctly
