Our fantastic client is looking to hire an ambitious and experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer to join their Team in a pivotal lead role. This client is a great national firm with offices across England. This role will be based in their Minehead office. This role is offering Hybrid working and a competitive salary.
Your new role
This opportunity is excellent for an ambitious and thoroughly experienced Senior Private Client Lawyer who is business oriented and ready to take on the next step in their career with responsibility for a team. In this role you will be taking on managerial responsibility for the team as well as driving business development.Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Manage a varied caseload of general private client work, including: residential property, complex wills, estate administration, and more.
- Manage junior members of the team and support staff in the Minehead office.
- Assist the head of the private client department with overall department management and running, along with business developmen
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this exciting opportunity, you will need to have plenty of general private client experience and demonstrable abilities in business development demonstrating the ability to build upon the client base. You will also need to have a proven track record of independently running a full case load of general private client work which will include complex wills, estate administrations (including higher value/ landed estates and intestacy), LPAs / OPG work, trusts and estate planning and declarations of trust for property. You will need experience in guiding and managing junior members of a team as well as the ambition to grow in this capacity.
