This successful team continues to grow apace due to an excellent clientele and in line with the firm's development overall.
This senior hire will suit a qualified solicitor (ideally 6 years PQE and above) boasting demonstrable, vast experience within the property sphere. As a leading light in this firm's specialist Residential and Commercial Property team, your role will be twofold: to take on a caseload of your own residential and commercial clients and take a very front foot role in leading the team forward. It is expected that you will have excellent experience in the residential sphere and had experience of commercial matters also, as that side of the business develops.
The team will require a Head of Department in the near future, and it is hoped that you will be the right person for this position. Progression is baked in as succession planning is part of their thoughts. You'll work autonomously with no supervision, ably supported by the firm's junior team.
Salary and benefits will be in line with your expertise, with a guideline for salary of up to £65k.
