Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in commercial sales, leasing, and consultancy, developing relationships with investors, landlords, and tenants.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and manage key relationships, delivering expert advice on commercial property transactions.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and opportunities, offering strategic insights to leadership.
- Strategy Development: Shape and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and meet profitability targets.
- Financial Management: Oversee the division's financial performance, including budget management and P&L responsibility.
