Based in state of the art offices, with a team of ambitious high performers, you will have leads provided and an opportunity to make some serious money. You will have a basic salary of £30-£40k based on experience, with commission being earned from day 1 with no minimum benchmark to hit. Obviously, you will want to smash records, so top performers are rewarded with additional commission once they bank £100k for the business (more detail below).
What do we need from you? Well, as a Mortgage Advisor, you will need to know your way around a Mortgage deal, as well as being CeMap qualified, however the most important part of this role is being customer focused. Service is massively important to our client, who have won multiple industry awards in recognition of this. The Mortgage Advisor role is office based, in a state of the art building in Watford offering everything you could need to succeed in the role. You will be trained where needed to include more specialized Mortgage Advisor tasks, including adverse, short term secured finance, and complex lending, but Residential Mortgages will be your bread and butter.
