Marketing Manager

Insight Employment are seeking a Marketing Manager to work for a local client of ours in Milton Keynes.

Job Purpose: -

As a Marketing Manager you will oversee and manage the entire Marketing department. You must be able to significantly develop and implement effective strategies in line with their brand objectives and drive their business goals.

We are looking for someone who is strategic and analytical, with strong expertise in the Marketing field, preferably within the QSR industry.

Requirements: -

  • Developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our overall business goal.
  • Managing marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective.
  • Brand management to enhance and maintain the brand image through consistent messaging and visuals.
  • Designing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
  • Product promotion to launch new products and promote existing ones through various marketing channels.
  • Managing the company`s online presence, including the website, social media channels and email marketing.
  • Utilising SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising to drive online traffic and sales.
  • Analysing market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Events planning and coordinating in-store promotions, collaborations, and other customer engagement activities.
  • To work with stores to support their marketing activities and drive sales conversion.
  • Managing media relations and securing coverage in relevant publications and platforms
  • To collaborate with suppliers and partners, leveraging each other's resources to enhance publicity and expand the company`s market share.
  • Leading and mentoring the marketing team to achieve departmental and company goals.

Qualifications: -

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills

Shift: -

Monday - Friday

Salary: -

60k per annum.
