The Infrastructure division seeks an Expenditure Lead to oversee their budget management processes, including monitoring and reporting on expenditure performance and management of the team of Expenditure Officers and Assistants.
This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to the budget management of the Infrastructure division and the KCC Property estate.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4 qualification in a relevant field or have equivalent experience, a certificate in Advanced Excel, and experience in public sector financial management and engaging with senior management.
