Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in transactional and part-qualified accountancy roles, you will:
- Business Development: Proactively engage in business development, making calls to prospective clients and fostering lasting partnerships.
- Client Meetings: Visit clients on-site to understand their unique requirements and offer bespoke recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise advertising, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match.
- Networking: Build strong relationships, ensuring candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support throughout the recruitment journey.
- KPIs: Achieve goals by meeting targets, adhering to KPIs, and tracking your achievements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or a related field.
- Resilience: Determined and dedicated to achieving success.
- Multitasking: Capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
- Motivation: Financially driven and ambitious.
- Competitiveness: Strong work ethic and a competitive nature.
