Our Housing Resolutions Officer will work within the housing environment. You will be working as part of a team to help residents withing the borough of Enfield.
Your role will be working with:
- Inbound Customer Service call centre dealing with all types of enquiries from members of the public.
- Housing Residents from the borough
- Stakeholders and members of the organisation
- Housing Managers

Minimum Requirements for the Role
- Experience of working within operational support/business administration or Educated to A Level standard, or Level 3 NVQ in Customer Service / business administration.
- Repairs Diagnostic Training
